Festival Wednesday to Friday
The c/o pop festival kickoff could hardly be any more versatile: Composer Balbina will be enchanting the audience in the Kulturkirche Nippes, while at the same time the hip-hop duo 257ers will offer a kind of counter-performance at the E-Werk. At Yuca club, Mia Morgan will bet on new-wave girl rock and the classically trained music producer David August will play pulsating electro sound in the Sartory Saal.
Thursday will also be full of variety - with the Brasspop crew Querbeat, Kat Frankie’s acapella show, the rapper Nura, the newcomers Provinz, Dream Wife’s garage rock, the Düsseldorf Düsterboys from Essen and Holy Fuck's minimalistic soundscapes.
On Friday, you can watch the energetic Foals concert at the Palladium or listen to GoGo Penguin's captivating jazz grooves. Or perhaps you prefer AVEC’s melancholic songs or a performance by rap’s shooting star Eunique? Either way, later on, we can meet up at the Waggonfabrik for Lars Eidinger aka the DJ Gesamtkunstwerk, at our extraordinary premiere - Cologne’s first Crystal Ball - or at two of our party series: Cosmo at Yuca club with Pongo and LYZZA as well as Brutalism at the Artheater with Bjarki, MK Braun, Måtyrer & Dornen.
c/o Ehrenfeld on Saturday and Sunday
Hold some of your fire until the weekend: After all, our regular show program will seamlessly flow into c/o Ehrenfeld for the second time ever. On Saturday and Sunday (25. & 26.04), you can look forward to more than 70 shows at our festival within the festival, which will take place all over Ehrenfeld - in regular music locations as well as in smaller kiosks and (doner kebab)shops.
Besides music, we also have an exciting all-round program for you. Those of you who have always wanted to learn to do a tattoo or do some Nail Art are in for a treat on this colourful weekend.
Make sure to pay the Heliosmarkt a visit to have a few drinks and/or stock up on yummy delicacies, beautiful DIY items, accessories, jewellery and clothes. All points, concerts and events of the c/o Ehrenfeld program are for free.
The complete program and all further information about c/o Ehrenfeld can be found here!
